We are the Evans-Jitloff Group!!  We are a team of three including Dinny Evans, Megan Jitloff and Kris McGinity, (office assistant and right hand).

Dinny Evans

Dinny is going into her 20th year of Truckee real estate and has a knowledge of the area and the business that can’t be beat.  She is an active participant in the community, volunteering and facilitating classes at a local community center called For Goodness Sake.  She enjoys free time with a new found passion for travel and relaxing at her home on the Truckee River.

Megan Jitloff

Her daughter Megan has had her real estate license since 2003, but has been in the biz for most of her life growing up with parents/Realtors Rich Harter and Dinny Evans.  Her husband Erik also grew up in Truckee and is living his dream job as a firefighter.  He is on the Truckee Fire Department but his primary job is raising two active boys Colby (4) and Bennett (2) with Megan in the area they love and know best-Truckee.

Our assistant and right hand is Kris McGinity.  She is the mother of 3 and has enjoyed raising her active kids in the Truckee community.  With experience in the mortgage business and a warm and welcoming personality, Kris is the perfect addition to the team.
