Dinny Evans

Dinny received her license in January of 1992 working with her husband Rich Harter at Boice Countryside Realtors. Dinny Harter has been a successful name in the Truckee real estate community since the beginning of her real estate practice. Her hard working, sincere business ethics and knowledge of homes and construction procedures got her top position in statistics in the real estate world.

Today you will get to know her as Dinny Evans. Dinny and Rich ended their marriage in May of 2008 and were successful at maintaining their business partnership as co-owners of Pacific Crest Properties. Pacific Crest Properties was acquired by Coldwell Banker in January of 2011 but the two office buildings where Coldwell Banker has their Tahoe Donner offices, are still owned by Dinny and Rich together.

Committed to an active real estate career, Dinny officially joined forces with her daughter Megan and they formed the Evans-Jitloff Group in January 2011. Dinny and Megan work closely together as a team covering the bases of Dinny’s experience over the last 20 years and Megan’s solid knowledge growing up in the business and her commitment to raising a family in Truckee.
